  • I want to visit your shopfront, where is it?

Our van is our shop and showroom. We come fully equipped with our entire range of scooters and skateboards, so you can try any or all of our portable electric transporters. If you are interested in purchasing any of our products, you can do so from our online store right here. Simply select 'products' from the main menu and peruse our very informative overview and specification tabs to help you make the most suitable choice.

Our mobile test-ride service means you can take our scooters or skateboards for a ride around the area you will be using them in on a daily basis. Our one on one service also means our expertise and time is all yours – so you are free to try as many or few as you like and ask any questions as you go.  We pride ourselves in providing the best, and most informtative customer service.

  • If I book a test-ride, do I have to buy?

Not at all – we understand portable electric trasnporters are an investment and trying them out is the best way to make an informed decision.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Perth Metro shipping is a $20 flat rate. Metro extends south to Rochingham, north to Yanchep and east to the bottom of the Stirling Ranges. Regional and interstate orders wil depend on the product purchased and the shipping method selected.

Depending on stock levels, we can often offer same day delivery following appointments, or organize a courier to deliver online sales within a day or two for Perth Metro. No, but if you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can co-sign the waiver.

  • Why do I have to sign a waiver before my test ride?

We take your safety very seriously. We provide you with a helmet, and offer clear instructions as to the safest use of our products. Generally speaking, our portable electric transporters are relatively easy to ride, and if the appropriate safety equipment is worn and all insturctions are followed, the risks are small. That being said, we cannot account for other people's actions while operating our products and threfore you are required to sign a waiver. We cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries incurred during a test ride. Furthermore, we require test-riders not to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and in reasonable health. We are unable to provide test-rides to pregnant women.

  • What is the life span of the lithium ion batteries used in Ninebot and Xiaomi scooters ?

The estimated life span of a Ninebot lithium ion battery is between 1500 and 2000 charging cycles. If charged every day, this would equate to between 4 to 5 years.

  • Should I charge my escooter straight after riding it?

It is recommended not to charge your escooter's lithium ion batteries straight after ridding it, when the battary is still warm. To prolong battery life, it is recommended that you charge your escooter once the battary has cooled down, or about half an hour after riding it.

  • How to best store my electric scooter for extended periods?

The best way to store lithium ion batteries for extended periods of time is at half charge. That is also how your escooter is delievered.

  • Can I replace the battery of my scooter?

Yes, the battaries of all our escooters are replacable.

  • What sort of tires do the Ninebot and Xiaomi scooters come with?

The Ninebot Max comes with Pneumatic tubeless tires. Tubeless tires are common on automobiles consisting of only the tire that forms an ir tight seal around the tire rim. The tire rim houses the valve stem. Tumeless tires tend to be more heavy duty, puncture resistant, and higher in performance. For that reason, you'll generally only find these more expensive tires on premium and performance scooters.

The Xiaomi Pro 2 and the Xiaomi 1S come with inner tubed tires. These wheels are common on bicycles and electric scooters and they come with a heavy, thick outer tire shell, containing a seperate inner tube that holds the air and has the valve stem . If you get a puncture, ony the inner tube needs to be replaced or patched.

The tires on all our products are very puncture resistant and safe.
